We're looking a Forwarding Specialist with solid ocean freight experience, ensuring efficient coordination, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL) from booking to delivery.
- Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth transport operations.
- Handle documentation such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and customs papers.
- Monitor shipments proactively and keep customers informed on status and exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with customs, export, and import regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to maintain high service quality.
- Use digital tools and transport management systems (TMS, carrier portals, etc.) for accurate and timely data handling.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding (import/export).
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, international shipping processes, and documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- High attention to detail, strong planning skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and logistics systems.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving approach.
