Customer Solutions Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development
  Create customized logistics solutions in collaboration with sales and operations teams, ensuring innovation and scalability.
• Customer Engagement
  Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Management
  Oversee the delivery of solutions on time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful execution.
• Sales Support
  Assist the sales team in proposal creation and pricing strategies, providing technical expertise to drive sales.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Continuous Improvement
  Identify and implement process enhancements, staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Your Profile

• Strong background in project management and logistics solution design. Commercial affinity is a plus.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering customized logistics solutions in a B2B environment.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within scope and on time.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into practical and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with relevant logistics technologies and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• Strong language knowledge of English and Russian
