Join our team in Bucharest and take an active role in coordinating international shipments, working with customers and ensuring reliable execution from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize transports according to company contracts and procedures
- Proactively follow up on transport bookings for loading and unloading in close communication with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and delivery points
- Issue transport orders to suppliers according to operational procedures
- Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding shipment status and transport documentation
- Prepare operational reports according to company procedures
- Work with transport and logistics systems such as e-Trans, Transporeon, TAS, TMS, and other digital platforms
- Coordinate freight forwarding activities across road, ocean, and intermodal transport operations
Your Profile
- Experience in freight forwarding and professional transportation operations
- Knowledge of road transport, ocean freight, and intermodal transport processes
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a wide range of operational data and priorities
- Comfortable using logistics software systems, Outlook, internet platforms, and digital tools
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced operational environment
- Results-oriented approach with focus on quality and efficiency
