We are looking for a proactive Forwarding Specialist to strengthen our Vietnam operations. If you have experience in transport coordination, speak Vietnamese and English and feel comfortable with TMS systems, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Process incoming transport & freight forwarding requests; especially for air freight and cross border orders; warehousing and domestic transportation
- Coordinate pre-carriage, on-carriage, port handling & local transport
- Request and negotiate freight rates with suppliers
- Issue transport orders and ensure accurate shipping documentation
- Monitor and follow up on shipments with clients, carriers & internal teams
- Resolve operational issues proactively
- Work with logistics platforms such as e-Trans, Transporeon, TAS, OMS; Fast
Your Profile
- Native Vietnamese + strong English (written & spoken)
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with TMS systems, digital logistics platforms & data handling
- Able to work independently and within a small team
- Resilient in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality & efficiency
