Your Responsibilities

 

New Business Acquisition

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities that drive growth and innovation
  • Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies, leveraging market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to forge valuable connections
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing our unique solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to create tailored proposals 
  • Negotiate and secure deals that align with client needs and company goals

 

Market Analysis & Strategy Development

  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and shifting client needs
  • Share actionable insights and recommendations with senior leadership

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within logistics or supply chain)
  • Deep understanding of logistics & supply chain management 
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-builder – both externally and internally 
  • Strategic mindset with a talent for spotting market opportunities
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Skilled with CRM tools and sales forecasting platforms
  • Results-driven with a record of exceeding targets
