Ahlers opens new office in China. /10 Jul 2009/

The aim to set  up Xiamen is part of our strategy to get closer to the customer and to provide better and faster services in China.

For Ahlers the counter in China is at 7 offices.  The Port of Xiamen ranks No. 19 (5 million TEU in 2008) of the world container ports in south east China with a water depth of -14 m. It is estimated that by 2010 the Port of Xiamen will reach an annual throughput of 200 million mt.

Ahlers Xiamen will provide agency services and will be active in international container, project and break bulk cargo forwarding services
