New offices in Tirupur and Xiamen /25 Mar 2005/

Ahlers Logistic and Maritime Services expands its network in India and China.

Recently, new offices were opened in Tirupur, India and Xiamen, China. In April another new office will be opened in Delhi, India.

Ahlers India was started in March 2004. For the moment Ahlers has offices in India in Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Mumbai and Tirupur. In April some 85 staffmembers will be employed.

In India Ahlers is a logistic provider for various commodities (tea, coffee, tobacco, textiles, machinery etc) focussing not only on containertransporation but also on project cargo. Ahlers also plans to start agency activities in India still this year.
