Ahlers Inlaco JV Logistics Co /04 Mar 2002/

The second board meeting of Ahlers Inlaco was held in Hanoi on the 25th February 2002.

Based on the decision No 512/QD-TTG dd. April 26th, 2001, signed by the Prime Minister of Vietnam, Inlaco has transferred its share of the legal capital in the joint venture to Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines).

The Board of Management accordingly agreed that Ahlers Inlaco JV Logistics Company was renamed as: Ahlers Vina Logistics Company Ltd.

In line with the change of shareholdership it was decided that Mr Bui Van Trung, Director Vinalines, will be nominated as BOM of the company.

Mr Luc Maton (Chairman), Mr Ha Duc Bang (Vice-Chairman), Mr Luong Van Linh and Mr Koen Roeyers are the other members of the BOM of Ahlers Vina Logistics Company Ltd.
