From April 18th till April 20th 2002, ITMMA, the Institute of Transport and Maritime Management Antwerp, organises "ITMMAPS", a trend-setting top-executive maritime and port symposium at the Antwerp Elzenveld Congress Centre.

ITMMAPS will point out these structural changes and their consequences on the maritime and port industry and wants to offer top-level executives, policymakers, and academics working in transport, maritime industry and logistics an international forum for exchanging know-how and discussing the latest trends in the industry.

The Institute of Transport and Maritime Management Antwerp (ITMMA) is an autonomous university institution embedded in the official structures of the University of Antwerp.
