New joint container service in the Southwestern Asia trade /09 Mar 2001/

are pleased to announce the inauguration of a new joint container service between Southwestern Asia (Sri Lanka and India) and Europe effective from March 2001.

The service will offer a fixed day week sailing with 6 vessels ranging from 2.300 TEU to 2.700 TEU. The intended ports of call for this service are as follows:

  • Colombo (Wednesday/Thursday)
  • Nhava Sheva (Saturday/Sunday)
  • Port Said (Monday/Tuesday)
  • U.K. port (Tuesday/Wednesday)
  • Hamburg (Thursday/Thursday)
  • Antwerp (Saturday/Saturday)
  • Port Said (Sunday/Monday)
  • Colombo (Wednesday)
