Ahlers currently manages a fleet of various types of vessels, mainly focusing on chemical tankers, gas carriers, offshore rigs and drilling ships. Ahlers meets all the requirements and demands of today’s modern owners, and will maintain a fleet of quality vessels to the highest technical standards possible while retaining a high degree of cost efficiency.
Customer demand prompted Ahlers to develop specialised project services on the one hand only marginally related to shipping but on the other hand based upon our vast maritime expertise. The original ship and crew management for vessels built and financed in Belgium gradually evolved into international third party ship management.
